Trina is the founder of Miss Happy Helper. Her background includes marketing, communications, relationship coaching, and Vancouver’s fast-paced film industry - an environment known for long days, rapid turnarounds, and constant collaboration with different personalities. Her strength lies in staying organized under pressure and helping people navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with clarity, calm, and good judgment.
Wanting to make a more direct impact in her community, she trained as a Supportive Care Assistant through Vancouver Community College and earned an Award of Achievement. She brings that same steady, reliable presence to seniors and surgery recovery clients through non-medical home care.
In addition to this, Trina provides support for busy individuals, families, and small teams, as well as during events where an extra set of capable hands can take pressure off the day. She’s attentive, easy to work with, and steps in naturally where needed.
Trina has a valid criminal record check (vulnerable sector), Intermediate First Aid CPR-C/AED, and FOODSAFE Level One.
My mission is to be the calm in someone’s chaos – delivering composed, capable support that restores confidence, reduces overwhelm, and allows people to focus on what truly matters.
